In WCS the terrain model was "textured" with vegitation according to the project landscape plans. The lakes were filled with water, streets and driveways were paved, bridges installed and sand traps filled with sand. Golfers, carts, and marker flags were placed within the model.

The project data base included low and high resolution counterparts for most of the elements in order to generate close-up and high altitude views.

Stonegate is a model community in a gated subdivsion that features a high tech IBM fiber optic communications network.
A 3D Terrain model, based on the developer's concept, was created using World Construction Set (WCS). It included building lots, roadways, raised medians and open space, as well as the sculpted golf course.

Other features developed in AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max, such as the information center, activity center, security gates, and over 1700 residences, were added to the WCS terrain. The final project contains more than 800,000 polygons in building models.

Flyover, low level fly-through, and drive-through animations were generated. The animations were part of the promotional materials presented at the on-site sales information center.
